I was also juggling school runs.

I was also, well, I know I had a few days off school, but I was also juggling, you know, trying to parent and then trying to protect my baby that was in my belly.

Another part of me was so terrified that

all this trauma, what the hell is going to happen here?

Yeah.

I was petrified.

And I just really put the blinkers on and I was just a bit like, okay,

one task at a time I just need to focus on just I just need I just need to get to my duty I just need to get there and my husband in the background was working on the house he was getting everything ready for the mortgage for all these things we weren't moving house we were actually buying the house that we were renting for so long so thank god we weren't doing all that in the meantime but I was actually packing up a house as well

My mom lived in a corporation housing.

They gave me six weeks to empty our house.

And I was seven weeks to my due date when she died.

And that's why I couldn't walk.

So I was trying to get everybody and anybody to come up and help me go through her things, take what I wanted, leave what I got.

Like I had no space to take in there.

I didn't have the thought process to actually really go through her stuff or take what I thought might have been sentimental or, you know, it just, the frame of mind I was in was just, it was just bizarre.

I wrote her a letter.

Did you?

And I put it in with her.

Yeah.

I didn't wish that things are better.
