And usually then the sellers like step in and make it right.

Okay.

But in like late January of 2008, someone posted on Ravelry that they had bought yarn from Mystical Creation Yarns two months before and had never received it or heard any news about the order.

And once they posted, it was like a page and then you could post on someone's page.

So there's all these threads of people posting and reposting and commenting.

And more and more people are coming forward and saying, you know, that happened to me too, actually.

And I've reached out to her and I haven't heard anything back.

And the thing with these orders is that because it had been like two months, a lot of these orders were past the time period where you could complain on Etsy or PayPal and like request a refund because there's a time limit on that.

And because this is an individual person running a small business, it wasn't unusual for an order to take a month.

So people were giving her grace.

I'm like, well, okay, it's taking a little bit of time.

But eventually they're like, okay, where is my order?

They're reaching out to her, emailing her, not hearing anything back.

And it's too late to request a refund.

And it seems like it's starting to happen to a lot of people.

Not good.

People started to come forward and say that the colors in her yarn were running when the yarn got wet, which is like a really big no-no, apparently.
