But the fact that people are asking for a refund and not hearing anything back is not okay.

Finally, February 8th.
someone shares an email that they got about their order.
They had requested a refund from Mystical Creations Yarns and they got an email back.
I won't read the whole email, but here's part of it.
It says, please understand that the family is doing everything they can while Danielle is in the hospital.
Due to the catastrophic effects of a debilitating illness, the company doing business as Mystical Creations Yarn has been forced to permanently shut down operation.
It is with deep regret that there are no provisions in which to financially or physically process any outstanding orders in the professional manner.
Yeah, they just keep saying the family.
The family recognizes its inability to fulfill their obligation to the customers in a timely manner and apologies, you know, please email us, we'll do our best.
It's just like, it's so strangely written because it keeps saying the family, the family.
And then it says, my sister is trying her best to fill the orders and everything will be sent out at the end of February.
I'm sure when Danielle gets out of the hospital, she'll want to carry on her passion.
So please send prayers, please email me.
And I will see that she gets, you know, anything that you send her, like send her well wishes, yada, yada, yada.
Yeah.
It's like, this email is so vague.
