Every person, every officer of the court, including myself, I've recused myself from cases here at the Department of Justice where I have a bias or a perceived bias.

And where your wife works for a guy who has prejudged the outcome of the issue, the FACE Act doesn't apply, ICE is bad, we're going to get them, we're going to sue them, which, by the way, they've lost now at the Eighth Circuit.
We obtained an administrative stay from the Eighth Circuit against that silly lawsuit that they filed to enjoin and endanger ICE officers.
That's a significant conflict.
And so I see some commentary out there, why is the DOJ so dumb?

I don't know if we would have gotten a different outcome from another, but this one should have recused himself, in my opinion.
