So I'm hopeful, but we can't be passive about it. First, you have to be willing to call it out and stand up and say, no, it is wrong to hire on the basis of race in America.

So the EEOC has subpoena power. You know, we've asked for documents. The EEOC can actually subpoena them and do a commissioner's charge.
