And so they raided Mar-a-Lago.
They go into Melania's negligee drawer and they just make a mockery of due process.
They tip off the media before doing that.
They drag the president's butler and Dan Scavino and a number of other people.
And we like to say, just like in Russian literature, in a way, the process is the punishment.
And that's what it is.
And each of these individuals had to pay, retain a lawyer, find a lawyer who didn't have a conflict.
and then pay upwards of millions of dollars in some cases.
Some raised money, some had to dig into their pockets and pay the money.
And they've never been made whole for that.
And then you look at some of the lawyers who stepped up to try to help and right these wrongs.
Every lawyer who's joined the Trump administration, the Department of Justice, as a political appointee like me, we have a price on our heads.
The Democrats and the left constantly are saying, you just wait, Harmeet.
When you get out of this job and when we get power again, we're going to go after your bar license.
So everyone who is in this type of position, all of us know that that threat is out there.
And it isn't just a threat.
It actually happened to Rudy Giuliani.
It actually happened to John Eastman.
What is their crime?
Giving private legal advice, which never came to fruition, to the former president of the United States.
