A major case against the Los Angeles Unified School District, which has for years, for decades actually, been engaging in a kind of racial gerrymandering when it comes to allocating resources.

So if a school, a division of the school district has, excuse me, more than 30% white people in it,

it gets less funding per student, which is crazy.

And so this is a result of a private lawsuit that happened many years ago, and it's illegal to discriminate against people on the basis of their race.

for government benefits.

And so we're going to put a stop to this in Los Angeles Unified School District, which by some counts is the largest school district in the United States.

In Michigan, you mentioned gender.

We're investigating under Title IX three different school districts that are violating the rights of parents to know what sex education their children are being subjected to.

I would call it

sex indoctrination, really not so much the birds and the bees education from when I was a kid.

Today, students in the sixth grade, 11 and 12 year olds in Michigan schools are being subjected to LGBTQ and trans and other sexual indoctrination.

that parents aren't informed of properly to allow them the ability to opt out.

And Supreme Court precedent has said that parents have that right to opt out.

So we're enforcing that Supreme Court precedent in that case.

And then of course, we have all these cases against colleges as well.

We've just sued UCLA

for an 80 page plus complaint for a litany of fairly heinous anti-Semitic conduct that they've allowed to fester and be tolerated there for many years now.

And people are coming out of the woodwork to give us more examples in the UC system.

And then we have other cases in the pipeline as well.

Of course, we just sued Harvard.
