Well, the Civil Rights Division is charged with investigating these types of incidents.

And so given that it's under investigation right now, I can't really comment about it legally, but I think everyone can see with their own two eyes what has happened.

And this Department of Justice has stopped the Civil Rights Division's weaponization unfairly of the government against law enforcement officials and assuming that they're in the wrong.

So we'll objectively look at this and reach a conclusion as soon as all the evidence is in.
