but there's a recalcitrant dean somewhere, or there's a page that got missed in the review and update of the websites.
And, you know, we're not here to, you know, rake people over the coals.
We're here to get the job done.
And so honest mistakes like that, we get them corrected and we move on.
But then you have UCLA and, you know, some UCLA faculty
decided that instead of letting the university negotiate with us, which they wanted to, let's go get an injunction and prevent that.
So right now there's an injunction out there that prevents United States from negotiating on admissions issues with UCLA.
That's crazy.
And we're going to be seeking a higher review of that.
But meanwhile, this is a totally separate issue.
The anti-Semitism in employment that has occurred at UCLA and I believe other UC institutions is
shocking and disappointing.
Anyone can read our complaint.
It's linked to our press release publicly.
And so we've been focusing mainly on the elite institutions, but on a case-by-case basis where we see incidents that are below that tier, we're also looking at those.
There's 6,000 institutions of higher learning events that get federal funding.
So there's no way for us
with the limited resources we have to go after all of them, but we hope to make examples out of some of the worst ones.
And we hope that all the rest of them do the right thing.
Well, I shudder to think about not playing by the old rules because the old rules included indicting the president, included trying to disbar and disbarring lawyers who simply gave private legal advice to a client who didn't act on it, and spying on members of Congress and United States senators by the Department of Justice.
