It's kind of trapping everybody into the same algorithm.

Oh, sure.

Look, it's the conversation in most households.

And what we hear from the parents who have a child with an eating disorder or a teenager with an eating disorder, that it's so difficult because they're just parents.

And, you know, the tech companies behind all of that social media are pumping, you know, so much into keeping people engaged and keeping people locked in to...

To looking again and again and again.

So it's kind of a it's it's often a losing battle.

I had a really interesting conversation in February.

We did a family support weekend in Cork and one of the mums and I had dinner with her on the night.

And her daughter was unwell.

And she said that when her daughter went to sleep at night, she would take her phone and she would go on TikTok and she would Google really boring things on it.

She would search really boring birds and clouds.

And this mom was a tech expert.

And she said, you have to do it for longer than 15 minutes.

So she would sit there and do it so that when her daughter woke up in the morning, her feed was full of, you know, either lovely things like cats and things like that or boring things like clouds and skies and birds.

Well, she said, look, it lasts for a day or so and then slowly it starts to seep back in.

So every few days she would have to do it again.

Yeah, I mean, I think that one of the big things is building resilience in young people to be able to think about themselves in a world in that robust and resilient way.

And we, I mean, we're seeing it happen with primary school aged children.

We did a survey of primary school teachers and 96 primary school teachers responded and said,
