They can do that to Americans.

So I think this is all very concerning.

And just to take a broader view here about what just really happened, why they even passed this NDAA in the first place, I really think it has to be stated that it reveals the kind of misplaced priorities in Congress, which I think are really harming this country.
I mean, you've covered them extensively on your show.
The US government is right now making all sorts of cuts to various programs like disability assistance for adults with severe special needs.
You have Americans who are paying for groceries with buy now, pay later schemes.
They're using GoFundMe to pay for their health care.
And, you know, all the while Americans are going into record credit card debt.
The U.S.
response to all this is just to ignore it.
We're now going to spend a trillion dollars.
