And yet still better than what we'd seen in quite some time.
And they can run the screen game in a lot of different ways.
You get some of those tight end screens, and now you've got another tight end to the mix that creates some opportunities there.
Listen, Ben is eager to take the next step with this offense, and he's going to be able to do that if Caleb meets the criteria through the spring to create that momentum going into camp.
And I think one of the things that interests me is just kind of β
Ben really wants to dial down on why the offense struggled late in the season, early in games.
Like you go through, I wrote some of them down this morning, like the game at Green Bay, you know, they get off to a slow start, quarters one through three.
The first home game against Green Bay, slow start, quarters one through three.
The home game against the Lions, slow start.
Playoff game against Detroit, playoff game against the Rams, and then they come alive in the fourth quarter and you're asking yourself, why is this?
Awesome.
Truly a special thing that you can turn it on in the fourth quarter and go make winning plays when it's winning time.
But how do we prevent that from requiring such urgency because you've been so slow and inconsistent and stagnant through quarters one through three?

Can you get that same rush and intoxication by just throwing β
No question.
And that's why you stockpile playmakers and targets and guys that you can distribute the ball to, to take pressure off your quarterback, to make sure that he doesn't need to use that much fuel for four quarters.
Now, there's going to be a half dozen times per game where you need to be Superman.
