Like, I don't mind pushing the envelope because sports medicine, you have to push the envelope.
you always have to be like on the forefront.
Like you have to be trying things and pushing things and doing new things because athletes are asking you, they're demanding that, right?
And so as long as it's legal, ethical, we're not like doing anything crazy.
If the players, you know, want to step over those bounds and we get players all over, you hear them go to Panama and the Caribbean and getting these untested treatments,
you know that's that's fine i have conversations with players about that i try and give them realistic expectations of what it is i even try and talk to the docs over there like hey what are you planning on doing because it's not like the human body is different when you cross the pond versus when you're over here so interesting time will tell yeah on on what ends up happening
Yeah, I mean, we deal with this all the time.
Look, I don't know anything about a specific scenario or injury or whatever he has.
But, you know, from players I've treated in the past, you know, all different type of ligament injuries in the ankle.
I've seen, you know, the low ankle sprains or the high ankle sprains.
I've seen guys try and just tough it out, play the season, and then we fix them at the end of the season.
You know, guys have just said, what you don't know is, was the conversation had with him.
Hey, Christian, do you want this fixed?
He may have said, no, I don't want to fix.
I'm going to deal with this and we'll talk about the end of the season.
So there's behind the scenes things that probably have been discussed or offered to him.
And then maybe just, you know, didn't want to deal with it.
So that, I mean, it's definitely possible.
And remember, just like we talked about hamstring strains, you know, you get a ligament sprain, that ligament doesn't just retighten itself back up.
you know, whether it's a high ankle sprain or low ankle sprain, the question is what else happened with it?
