I'm going to go back there.
And that's fine, right?
At the end of the day, these are patients.
And patients can have a doctor-patient relationship.
And it doesn't matter that he happens to play for the Lakers or he was with the Mavericks or whatever.
He may have a great relationship with a physician in Europe, okay?
That could be a possibility.
Could it be other treatments?
There are some treatments they do in Europe that we can't really do in the United States because of some of the limitations we have here.
So a lot of the orthobiologics, patients have heard of PRP or platelet-rich plasma or PPP, platelet-poor plasma, some of these things.
Or even what patients will ask me, stem cells.
Or what I do for these is bone marrow aspirate concentrate, which is cells from your pelvis that we can take and inject under ultrasound guidance.
In Europe,
the limitations and the restrictions are not the same as they are in the United States.
I was going to say, it's really the laws, but the way Europe thinks about it is,
The patient needs to protect themselves from the doctor in Europe, where in the United States, patients are protected from the doctors.
So we have limitations on what we can do here.
We can't just do whatever we want to do.
And there are pretty clear indications from the FDA and things that you have to follow.
So players and patients ask me this all the time.
