That's that's traded places with China now, which had plunged.
Um and so FDI into Japan is that.
Yes, Japan women's trying to become a tech hub.
Um and that's that's part of the story.
But I think the the bigger part is the famous one about um companies pulling out of China, investing in Japan instead.
And it's supported by fantastic uh

I mean, um US firms are still flocking to Japan to to try to get Japanese investors interested in their projects, PE firms, etcetera.
Um Warren Bucket reloaded his yen investing capacity in October.
I think he did the largest yen deal ever.
Um so uh there's there's a lot of money here.
Um and Japanese investors
are looking abroad uh more aggressively because we've had a very, very long period of low rates here.
So I think it's a good dynamic that people are coming here to pitch the Japanese investors and Japanese investors
But I think it's tilted to uh a weaker yen.
I think the consensus is tilting towards a weaker yen.
The sandwich was between, for example, those who argued for a stronger yen were saying that, oh, the BOJ is hiking rates.
