So that's that's forcing Nissan, the car company, to consider shifting their production out of Mexico, for example.
And then his tariffs on China, um, that's forcing Honda to ship production among other countries, for example.
And then another issue for automakers is how um Elon Musk is gonna affect EV policy and tax incentives, for example.
Um so it's affecting the auto industry most of all, but other industries are getting affected as well.
For example, um, you know Wall Street uh in the US has a lot of political report all the time.
And Japanese banks are worried that US banks may get favorable treatment from incoming US regulators in regard to uh Basel III bank regulation.
Um in other industries, for example, Torre, it's a textile giant, Toray, they're um
they're aware of the effective tariffs, but they can't they admit that they can't move all their factories into the US because you can't make money on textiles if you have factories in the US.
Um so there's a lot of change.
Oh, maybe the biggest change is of course clean energy, which is a hot European comic car, sure.
Um the Trump administration, Trump himself, he's denied the existence of um global warming, right?
So
That implies that there will be a huge shift in clean energy policies.
Um Itochu, the major trading firm, they're concerned that US clean energy policies will diverge from the EU's.
So there's a lot of uncertainty surrounding um Trump and Paris, clean energy, et cetera.
So yeah, it's it's causing um a lot of meaning.
for the future.
Well, in terms of um industries, you know, cars will always be important.
Hybrid cars will always be important for Japan.
Um we might have breakthroughs on energy.
