No player – every single player wants to go out there and play 90 minutes at his hardest.

And I make sure every single day I see him and I ask him, even if it's just a – and the communication is not 100%.

He speaks a little English.

I don't speak Novantmanese.

But it's still – I still make an effort to go over and hug him or see how he is, talk about it like that.

And it just brings a smile to his face.

And because that's what, like, I missed at times.

And I think that's the important thing.

And that's why I think my whole circle of life, especially in football, has put me into a position where I'm happy at the moment and I love what I do.

Is to be yourself.

Don't try and replicate anybody else because you're not going to be them.

You know, you are unique in yourself.

You have certain skill sets that other people do not have.

So just be yourself and get the best out of what you can do.

Don't try and compete with other people.

Just be yourself.
