There's this amazing study that showed that, let's say the age of retirement is 65.
If you're 63 or 64 and you are unemployed, your quality of life is very bad.
People who are unemployed generally feel very bad about themselves.
They sleep poorly.
They tend to get depressed.
It's very, very bad for your psychology and your well-being to be unemployed.
Somebody who's unemployed at 64, when they turn 65, they're not unemployed anymore.
They're retired now.
The moment that you switch from unemployed to retired, suddenly people are way happier.
Now, why is that?
There's always been this thinking, this idea that as people got richer, they were going to work less.
There's going to be more time for leisure, more time for play.
What we have learned over time is that that's not actually what human beings want to do.
The richer that they get, the more that they want to work.
People actually really want to be valuable.
It's a deep human need.

So the story from 2010 to 2027 was just eating everything, growing to dominate the world.
And I suspect that that's the stage that we're in with crypto.
But the scale is only going to get bigger and bigger.
