It's not, okay, anybody can trade, anybody, you don't have to KYC, you know, you can take your things off chain and go do whatever crazy thing you want with it.
It's like, no, no, no, no.
All it is is 24-7 and fractionalized.
That's what they give you.
For now.
So if you want, well, there's not even a proposal to do anything more than that because it's not compatible with securities laws.
So if you want like hyper-liquid level insanity...
That's not going to happen because the NYSE or the NASDAQ partners up with somebody to do tokenization.
Tokenization does not give you that property.
So what is more subversive is the thing that we see on crypto every day, which is this global, permissionless, unstoppable financial market.
It's the internet capital markets, as we often call them.
That thing is not going to happen because the NASDAQ wants it to.
It's going to happen because the world wants it to.
That is one part of the path, but I think DeFi also has a large role to play.
And increasingly what you see is that a lot of the exchanges are leaning more and more on DeFi and non-custodial applications in order to allow their customers to be able to do whatever they want to do.
So it's like, okay, well, if you can't do it on our platform, stay on our wallet and do it from our ecosystem.
