Very, very ETF heavy.
The biggest practical thing is I probably softened towards property in particular, um, owner occupied property.
I think even when I started Perl or I was really like
You know, like I like I hate I hated it.
I hated how it was growing.
I hated how people wouldn't stop talking about it.
I hated the news letter that used to arrive on my dad's lawn on Saturdays that with all the properties in it.
Yeah.
Or whatever the hell that was.
Like I just hated it.
And I think I've ended up reluctantly being softer towards it.
Not because I think it's inherently a great thing, but because as I learned about tax policy.
government policy and all of that, I was like, this is like a necessary evil.
That you can't avoid.
And I've now probably started to take that into account more in my own plans and and people I talk to that's like still funny on investment properties a little bit.
So so figuring that one out.
That's fair.
But like Australia, how it's structured, nearly requires you to live and die in old age in a place you own.
To get ahead.
And like I think I've just accepted that reluctantly again.
