But I think as a musician, you hear something and you're like, yeah, that's it.

That feels right.

That part I felt like was kind of the identity of the song.

It is a weird beat when you isolated it.

I was like, where's the tempo?

I was like, it's almost like a weird shuffle.

To me, that's the heart of the record, those two sounds.

There's like a confidence in the drive of it, but there's also hesitancy in between.

And I think the whole metaphor of this song is like I was trying to lead with confidence, but I was actually really hesitant.
