No, you've just got to get your best friend over and you just sit down with a glass of wine and say, tell me, what have I done wrong in the past relationship?

And particularly, how have I got to be different?

And who have I got to go after, which is going to give me a much better relationship?

Get all that feedback and say, right, I'm going to learn now and I'm going to do completely different.

And then that best friend keeps you accountable.

Wow, but you've got to want to hear it.

I'm a people pleaser.

Okay, so that's what you are.

How are you going to do it different?

And so you're getting a friend to basically give you an uppercut and say, go back into the dating game, but you must do it different.

Don't just keep repeating that same old pattern.

Correct.

And then they'll yell at me.

That's not my usual time.

That's right.

They'll either leave, they'll yell at me, or they'll just push this person away until finally it breaks up.
