We're not attached to yourself.
There's no emotional connection.
We're independent.
We're not emotionally connected.
But we have to have empathy for the person's connection as well.
So I've definitely seen examples of where it can be a judgmental service.
Like I've worked with people who've lost people who, and they're in a scenario where if I let this thing go, I'll forget that person existed.

It's people's lives.

sorry don't be sorry at all so it can't be judgmental and you have to have empathy we can't just be like saying 80% of this stuff has to go by the end of the day for me certainly it's not how we work so we have to understand the person understand what makes them tick
And they could be like us.
They could be really organized and just time wise, they just don't have the time.
So they're obviously easier clients because they're like, work away, do your worst.
