Yeah, absolutely.

And I think my clients need to trust me that I'm not judging them.

Yeah, so important.

I'm such an open book, like everybody knows everything about me.

So I think that helps because I come in all guns blazing and tell them everything.

And you've seen

I've seen it all.

So I want the client to feel comfortable that they can say whatever they want or divulge whatever they want.

and feel like they can trust me, but I need to make sure they know that I'm an open book

So I let them into like whatever's happening in my day or whatever, you know, because I think it helps build relationships.

And that's worked really well.

So a lot of the time, the reason why the clients go away so happy is because we have to obviously tackle the issues, but helped them to get to a point that they felt they couldn't maybe get to by themselves.

So we've gotten them through that little bit of a hump to the point of like, it's not brain surgery, we're not changing their lives.

But in a way, we're helping them with what's quite a difficult thing for a lot of people and kind of setting them up in a good system for go forward.

And habits are changing.
