He didn't understand the significance of that, but I would lay money that Macron, the leader of France, did. matched

And the United States was going to defend the Strait of Hormuz, but everybody had to pay us 20 percent of their cargoes. matched

Yes, he called that off saying that leaders in the Middle East had told him they were gonna invest in the US so that wouldn't happen. matched
