They train about 6,000 young people a year, so that's one of the partners we'll be doing.
We do all sorts of interaction and intervention.
We own our own camps as well.
So what this would look like, it's more like a mentoring programme for us.
So a young person is identified by a police youth aid officer or a community engagement police officer.
They all make a referral to us, and then we all work with that young person in that community.
What it could look like here, just an example, I employ Heather as a local mentor for so many hours a week.
You start working with the young person.
You get them their boots, their sports fees, because it's not just paying boots to get kids into sport.
These kids are highly disconnected often with their community.
So it's about taking them to the first training, taking them to a couple of games, connecting them with the coach.
And then you just have a soft retreat from that and you move on to the next young person.
So it's a very organised, individualised plan approach for these kids.
And we know it works.
Like I said, we've been doing this for 44 years and we know that early intervention works.
Yeah, brilliant.
You know what, just talking to you gives me some hope for the future, Brendan.
Good luck with everything.

Heather, the issue with being banned from China for a year is that any other time that you enter a country, you're going to be asked, have you been banned from entry to another country?
