And so he had success.
So this is not a story where it's just like he was just up and up and gliding towards fame and glory in sandwiches.
The business almost crashed.
He expanded too quickly.
They almost ran out of money.
There was near bankruptcy.
Grassroots marketing was really a part of it, like being part of your community.
It's not just an anonymous restaurant.
