Amazing.

Okay, that just, I just smile when I hear that.

When you write a book, by the way, it's like having another little baby.

You put this little work of you, representing of you into the world and you're so proud of it and you have so many hopes for it and you're so excited for it.

So when I get notes like this, oh my gosh, it makes me so happy.

Cause just FYI, I get lots of negative notes too, right?

There's always gonna be haters for contrast, which is great.

It means you're reaching beyond your little circle of fans, which is good.

But it's also great to get the nice notes, too, because it tells you your work is worthwhile.

Right.

And you're here for a reason.

Dear Heather, I recently resigned from my position.

I won't say the name of her company.

And I start a new position on Monday.

I've always been successful, have amazing mentors.

The past almost two years at the company I was working in have been pure hell, to say the least.

Working 16-hour days, leadership not having time for one-on-ones, not having time for real conversations, saying one thing and doing another.

Okay, I completely understand this.
