Being honest with yourself, having honest conversations.

When you get the urge to say something, actually falling through and doing it, it's gonna elevate your frequency.

All of these things are ways to elevate your frequency, and that's a very positive thing.

Having a lower frequency is not gonna bring the opportunities into your life that you want.

But listen, here's the thing: not no one's gonna be on a high frequency all of the time, right?

have negative things are going to occur, they happen to everybody's life, but it's how we respond to them, which is the real key.

And so I want to challenge you today to be aware of the frequency that you're on currently.
