As we look at data, data is telling us this did not work clearly.

You can be more efficient and more effective.
I know some of you have teams.
So at the end of the day, rating and ranking our talent, you know, who is in a place of growth and adding value and is irreplaceable and, you know, is an ideal employee running at an A plus level?
And then who are who are those that are at B, C or potentially even D level?
And then who do we need to rotate off the team and who do we need to add and or upgrade, train and advance that next level?
All of these considerations need to happen at the end of the year, if not throughout and during, which they really should all the time.
