People do.
Right.
So people will say, no, I love this campaign.
They don't think they're lying.
That's their personal preference.
You might decide, well, she really likes that.
I should move forward with it.
Well, there's no data to back up that that's actually going to work for your end user experience.

So data is information that you have that shows, like here's a great example of data.
I use MailChimp.
When I send an email campaign and one campaign has a 60% open rate, which is incredible, I want to know what was that subject line?
What was that call to action?
What time of the day did I send it?
