And that's challenging for teachers because they continually have to learn a new curriculum.

You know, whereas something as simple as mindset, if the teacher changed their mindset about the students, that could be possibly an even greater switch than changing the materials because it's it's a form of just

Teaching, but in a different way.

So, you know, constantly asking yourself, and even parents can do this.

You know, where is my child bright?

You know, where are they talented?

And so you're you're just kind of observing to see those peaks.

Because sometimes what happens is we focus on the lows.

And I mean they say perception is everything, so when you wind up focusing on the

you know, the challenges that somebody has, that sometimes gets magnified.

Whereas if you're focusing on the peaks, that can get magnified.

So making sure to change instructions so that you're leveling for the the areas of challenge, but that it's so equally important, if not more so.

to find what that student is really good at and loves to do because that will be their work in the world that winds up being so wonderful.

People with dyslexia have brains that are structured a little bit differently.

And that structuring is really amazing.
