What?
I love this story because it's just totally mad.
It's such a UK property market story.
I don't think this research would be done in any country other than the UK.
So what it's about is...
It's about how much your house is worth.
And you know people talk about price per square foot.
But no one really understands.
No one really cares.
No one in Britain really cares or knows what their house is worth per square foot.
No one can envision what a square foot looks like really.
Or certainly not in terms of how many of them there is in their house.
I think because...
you know, we do tend to have smaller homes than people in a lot of other countries around the world.
You know, if you look at the average home in America, it's like twice the size of the average UK home.
So I think we sort of put value on our homes in different ways, right?
Like, how many bedrooms does it have?
Does it have a nice garden?
