Because Carl's just come back from Sydney at the Preventing Overdiagnosis conference.
I think that was really interesting.
And the thing that I was really keen to try and get more of in this conference is trying to put a face to overdiagnosis.
So most of the stories that you hear are from people who got a diagnosis and feel that they have their life saved.
And I think one of the marketing problems that overdiagnosis has going out to the public is making people feel that this could happen to them or it has happened to them.
And so we were so keen this year to try and get some patients
to speak who actually identified with being over-diagnosed or over-treated themselves.
So you also heard, Carl, over diagnosis, the launch of the BMJ's commercial conflicts of interest collection.
I'm editing the collection and I'm a co-author on the paper that Fiona Godley, our editor-in-chief, delivered one of the keynotes on.
