We need to help people to, like, shame, to add to the shame.
I think it's maybe worth, we maybe should have done this earlier, but to remind people of the difference between shame and guilt, because those are very different.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like shame is I'm bad and guilt is I did something bad.
