Now to the story of a museum in the United States that's turned a terrible review into booming sales.
The New Bedford Whaling Museum in Massachusetts has been educating people about whales and the whaling industry for more than a century.
But a few years ago, it received a one-star rating on Google.
along with the complaint that it was the worst aquarium ever.
I spoke to the museum's chief engagement officer, Annalisa Conway, about what happened next.
So this review came in in 2020 and it always gave everybody on the staff a laugh because truly we are obviously not an aquarium.
