Internally, I could see them looking more so at Sean Horkoff just because he's been in charge of the Grand Rapids Griffins, their AHL team, for the past several years and so has some experience in that.

And it's a great frustration of Todd McClellan as well.
And he has preached game management.
He has preached, you know, mental toughness.
And it's just not there.
So they need better players.
