some time ago now, to go to Keir Starmer and say that his position was unsustainable and that he ought to set a date for his departure.
And the Home Secretary is, as it was under Keir Starmer, Shabana Mahmood, who followed not long after Ed Miliband making a similar argument.

Yeah, I think there is something in that because those ministers who have been dispensed with have generally been the ones who were most personally committed to Keir Starmer by the end.
So as Chris was saying, there are lots of people in the government
continuing in jobs or in different jobs who served Keir Starmer.
But the ones who really fought to the end for him are disproportionately the ones from the cabinet, at least, who are gone.
