And what you do is you share photos.
So I say this to my ADHD clients quite a lot.
Take a photo, if you can, and I quite often get them to send it to me, of what the room looks like before and then take a photo afterwards.
Because visually, you can then see the impact that it's had, which I think is really important.
And it's also really good for you to remember how much you like this clean, tidy room.
Does that make sense?
Because you forget what it looks like almost sometimes being tidy.
And it's really good for children or teenagers where you take a photo and go, this is what it looks like.
So almost when I say tidy your room, this is what I expect it to look like, if that makes sense.
Yeah, because you just don't see mess sometimes, do you?
That's the thing.
I did it the other day.
I was really laughing because I kept seeing this phone charger on the stairs.
And I have to say, we're pretty good in our house.
I'm probably the worst.
But it's not messy because I'm not great with mess.
Every now and again, I'm like, okay, this is like, let's have a tidy.
But actually...
Things have got a place.
I think that's the key point.
