It's not like you started from scratch.

I'm like, well, how is that?

I mean, it was awful.

So I still used money to support myself and my family, but my kids would never...

Well, and that is so true about finding the golden people.

We have these Facebook groups.

I use Facebook a lot for local groups, local realtors, local moms, whatever.

And if I find somebody there that's going to help me, I give them feedback.

I say, I love you.

So I'm spinning this little wheelhouse of good people that I trust and building their own financial freedom.

Yep.

And when I found out that I was putting food on people's tables with my real estate industry, and my realtor was making money off me, my property manager, and I was helping feed their kids, it was the best feeling.

That was even more than cashing the money every month, was knowing I was this little enterprise that was chugging along.

So I guess I'm not sure I really have clients because I'm buying the houses and then renting them out.
