It's all of us in this.
It's not, I'm not Arab and I'm not Jewish.
Well, there you go.
So we say us.
And like Dave said, it's Americans and we're all Americans.
And what is best for this country?
When I say this, and you may disagree with this, but I was in a meeting.
I was in a meeting with 14 leaders from Arab and Muslim community.
We're talking through a lot of issues, not the least of which was Gaza.
And it was said in the meeting to me, listen, there are folks in our community that would rather be stabbed in the face than stabbed in the back.
And I understand that.
I mean, listen, I understand that sentiment.
I'm running as a Democrat in Michigan and have carried water for the Democratic Party for 20 years, but I'm not the establishment Democratic candidate choice.
And so in many ways, I feel the Democratic Party stabbing me in the back sometimes in this candidacy.
And so a lot of times, and you understand that as a black man, when you're down in certain communities,
And you know who's wearing the robe and you know they have their interests, but then someone's smiling in your face, but then treating you the exact same way.
And so people can talk about this concept of, well, the alternative is this, the alternative is that.
No, the alternative is human rights.
The alternative is justice.
