So many women are told that they're too emotional.
Actually, I'd love to speak about this.
Too emotional or feel too much or too sensitive.
Do you have anything to share around that and then what can happen within your body?
Yeah, it's just they're uncomfortable with their own emotions.
It's like you can see it even if maybe like a child is crying and you can see when people around, like if you just look around and then notice who's uncomfortable with the child expressing themselves and who can sit with it.
And the same with
yeah, as you said, like it's often is just, we can't compare ourselves to men or to other people's emotional experience.
It's so personal.
And also I just see it as so much depth that comes as someone that used to be so shut up.
I used to wear it as a badge of honor of not having emotions.
And now the people that were then inspirational to me, who I could see were more connected with their emotions.
And now
I definitely feel like an emotional person because we all are.
It is, yeah, it brings a depth to life.
And also when you actually let yourself feel things, even recently I had a big emotional feeling show up and I actually let myself fully feel it and feel the embarrassment, feel the sadness, feel the shame, feel it.
And 20 seconds, I swear, when I actually let myself feel it.
Yeah.
And like, it was like, okay, they went to bed and just felt it.
And that's the feminine.
