often really repeating and we need to know the default narratives especially if it's i don't know what i'm doing people don't trust me people don't believe me or i'm not enough we need to know what type of lens we're seeing the world in and recognizing what are some common fears what are some common doubts what are some really common self judgments that's a really hard one or the emotional themes you know where can we catch the thoughts instead of automatically believe them
And so it's often really loud in the mornings because you're really fresh first thing after experiencing, like you have the start of the day where you have access to so much light.
There is so much possibility at the start of a day.
Like you have the next 12 hours to do what you want.
So of course, there's going to be sometimes moments of darkness because before light, there can often be constriction.
Before there's going to be a really transformative moment, there can often be resistance because
And we need to know what resistance actually is, that it's not real.
It's not reality.
And this is where I'm talking mental resistance.
I'm not talking when the body says no and the body says, uh-uh, where this is unaligned.
But this is where I think the spiritual community has gone too far with that because then we just don't do anything at all.
And you don't put yourself outside of your comfort zone or you really stay in your patterning.
I've used the example before, like in relationship or in my work, if I had listened to like a no in my body, I wouldn't have a business or a relationship right now because to be honest, a lot of it was just fear.
And so I always ask myself, is this what my highest self would do?
Is this the most expanded view?
Would I look back and be proud that I did this?
This is the energy.
And do I feel an expansion or something is here for me?
That's what we need to move towards and just normalize that there will be resistance.
