What we do is that we end up just going on autopilot.
It's like, this is how I've always reacted.
This is how I've always moved.
This person does this.
I do this.
I don't get to have a different option.
Mm-hmm.
And so people just groundhog day autopilot through their whole life and wonder why the past just keeps repeating.
