And, like, in my head I just go instantly, like, oh, love on the part that just got offended right now or just got embarrassed right now because...

beautiful bella just invited me in that moment to deepen into my expression of feeling fully expressed so there it is again that that was an invitation exactly from the universe and you needed to go through that experience and that's something be comfortable that people will laugh at me because that's reality and like i just think you know i have been doing this work for for a while now where

just the liberation and the empowerment of just being radically responsible for your own peace and how you react to the world.

Because if you're just constantly reacting from a pressured or from a unconscious place, it's just, you're the one that ends up being in this chaotic, confusing place.
