with at least three lenders or brokers, but also to try to do that in the same day because those different mortgage offers, they change day to day.
There are a lot of programs for first-time homebuyers.
Some of them aren't specifically for buyers.
I'm talking about the VA, which is a program administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
and FHA loans, which are loans that are insured by the Federal Housing Administration, those mortgages are good for people who might not have
high credit scores, like something below 720.
And they offer really good deals as far as minimum down payments.
You don't have to make a down payment on a VA loan.
And the minimum down payment on an FHA loan is three and a half percent.
