Think about trying to find your own big, hard, scary thing.
The rower who used joy to break records in the Pacific Ocean.
The unlikely friendship that could become a Hollywood film.
It's like a dream and we never want to wake up from it.
I've been able to meet some amazing people.
We've had lots of fun and now we've been able to go professional wrestling.
You couldn't write it really, could you?
Also a potential way to save the lives of identical twins.
Plus the women making coats out of old blankets.
And an increasingly popular way to work up a sweat.
The heat is going to make your heart rate go up anyway.

For some people, the idea of spending a month alone at sea would be gruelling.
But for 32-year-old Kelsey Fendler, it was, in her words, sheer joy.
She's just completed a remarkable and record-breaking journey across the Pacific Ocean, where she became the fastest person to row solo from California to Hawaii, as well as the youngest and the first American woman to do it alone.
Kelsey's 4,000 kilometre adventure wasn't without its challenges, and she hopes it will inspire more women to take risks and try something new.
The Happy Pod's Riley Farrell has been finding out how she kept motivated.
When you imagine rowing from California to Hawaii, you probably picture blue waves.
