Some of my followers would come and they're like, that was really hard work for me.
Yes, too.
And then you had people that go to these sauna events.
And they're like, oh, I wish it was a bit hotter.
I was like, what?
No alcohol.
I would say no caffeine.
I mean that I gave out some simple instructions like stay hydrated, coconut water, electrolytes.
You just see people whenever bottles of water.
I don't have any medical background.
However, I do know just from even dancing, you know, it's a stress relief.
It's a mood boost.
I know that sauna can help regulate your circulation, give you great sleep.
It could be a mental reset.
You're in that environment.
You're away from screens.
It's a real human connection.
