For me, it's important that these blankets get a new life, bringing back memories.
It's like an emotional shield.

Where is it from?
It comes from my ex-girlfriend's granny.
It's quite stiff and heavy, and when I wear it, it feels like I'm warm in bed.
It gives me that comfort that grannies can give us when we are little.

And I see that you were very excited when you arrived and you were talking about your blanket.
It's from when I was little.
I went to my mother's house to find it.
I would wrap myself up in the blanket and read.
Or when I was little, they would read to me.
And for me, coming here today is a way to continue those memories.
I've got some beautiful coats at the back that are already made that everyone's trying on and eyeing up some really lovely colours and very soft.
This is their inspiration for what they can make their blankets into later.
