I have been with Hammett Homes for three years now.

Before this, I worked in corporate America for over 17 years doing public relations.

So a little bit of a change in career, field, everything.

So it's been a good change.

Full-time job.

Yeah.

So mainly when I was brought in, it was a lot of the public relations, new business acquisition, really honing in on processes and whatnot at Hammond Homes.

There was definitely a need with Jill.

Jill is obviously, as Al spoke to, playing so many different positions on the field.

are there things that I could, you know, help Jill with that would alleviate some of the time, you know, some of the more book work type time that can really get her out in the field or, you know, doing some of the other tasks of Hammond Homes.

So I was in, before we used Adaptive, it was pretty, I wanna say, okay, I don't know if that's the right word, but it was tedious.

It was very, very tedious that, you know,

filing, putting it in, you know, writing everything where, you know, we started using adaptive and it was like the AI would scrub everything.

I could get in there.

I could have everything ready for Jill and I to look at.

Usually it's every Tuesday.

It's actually at this time.
